恶性黑色素瘤CD63（BP6271）染色
CD63 重组兔单克隆抗体
CD63是一种溶酶体膜蛋白，作为TIMP1的细胞表面受体，在细胞信号级联的激活中发挥作用。它存在于多种不同类型的细胞中，淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、活化的血小板、内皮细胞和黑色素瘤。CD63的表达与恶性黑色素瘤的侵袭、转移呈负相关，起到了抑制肿瘤的作用，常用于黑色素瘤的研究。
