Clusterin是一种分子量为75-80kDa的异二聚体糖蛋白，存在于体腔表面被覆上皮细胞和大多数生物液中。过表达或低表达Clusterin与一系列疾病有关，包括各种癌、肾小球肾炎、多囊性肾病、肾小管损伤、乳腺复旧、不孕症和神经退行性疾病(包括阿尔海默氏病、动脉粥样硬化及心肌梗死)。研究表明，Clusterin可能是ALCL的一个有用的诊断标志物，特别是在ALK-1(-)病例中。Clusterin的过表达似乎是卵巢癌患者有用的预后因素。
