毛细胞性胶质瘤ATRX（BP6202）染色
ATRX 兔单克隆抗体
ATRX基因是连锁型α地中海贫血/智力低下综合征（ATR）的相关基因，其蛋白产物ATRX是一种解旋酶，属于SNF2蛋白家族。其突变与胶质瘤发生密切相关。ATRX突变在弥漫性星形细胞瘤中常见，而未见于毛细胞型星形细胞瘤，故对弥漫性星形细胞瘤和毛细胞型星形细胞瘤的鉴别诊断具有重要参考价值。组织中的血管内皮细胞可作为阳性内对照。
