Nestin 鼠单克隆抗体
Nestin是一种Ⅵ中间丝蛋白,表达于胚胎早期神经上皮干细胞、肌腱和神经肌肉关节发育过程中。该蛋白被广泛用作干/祖细胞，神经胶质细胞和内皮肿瘤细胞的标志物。在室管膜瘤、PNET、胃肠道间质瘤等多种肿瘤中表达，胃肠道平滑肌瘤不表达。Nestin可用于神经胶质瘤和黑色素瘤的辅助诊断。
