Caldesmon 鼠单克隆抗体
Caldesmon是一种平滑肌肌动蛋白和钙调蛋白结合的蛋白，具有调节平滑肌收缩功能。临床诊断中，Caldesmon用于真性平滑肌肿瘤与纤维母细胞瘤的鉴别诊断，联合CD10用于鉴别子宫平滑肌瘤与子宫内膜间质肉瘤，也可用于卵巢/腹膜浆液性乳头状癌与上皮样间皮瘤的鉴别诊断。
