Stathmin 重组兔单克隆抗体
Stathmin肿瘤蛋白18，也被称为STMN1，在调节细胞骨架的快速微管重塑中发挥重要作用。Stathmin的调节是细胞周期依赖的，并由细胞的蛋白激酶控制，以响应特定的细胞信号。当Stathmin发生突变时，会导致细胞异常增殖。Stathmin过表达与子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌和口腔鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤进展有关。并且，Stathmin抗体比p16抗体更有可能作为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINs)分级的诊断标志物。
